We accept applications for children ages 3 - 5. Applications are available at the Mauna Loa Preschool classroom or you may download an application from this web page.
Preschool Hours
Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday - 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Vacations & Holidays - Generally we observe all state and federal holidays. Mauna Loa Preschool follows an academic school year calendar. It begins in mid-Aug. and ends in mid-May.
SMART Tuition Payment Program
- Standard Prepay Payment Schedule – Prepayment is due on the 30th (due the Friday before if the 30th falls on a weekend) of the month starting in July and ending in April. A late fee of $40.00 will be assessed by Smart Tuition for tuition payments received after the due date. Failure to make payments by the end of the month constitutes withdrawal of the student from school.
- SMART Tuition fee: $50.00 - This is a yearly fee to use SMART Tuition. Only one fee/family
- Monthly Tuition: $605.00
- Registration & Comprehensive fee: $135.00
- Hold Spot Fee - $50.00 (Is not applied to tuition or other fees).
